Kawasaki & Dalek


Remember the very first “eyegasm” post featuring one of my favorite artists, Audrey Kawasaki? Well, tonight I was fortunate enough to attend the opening reception of her debut solo exhibition at the Jonathan LeVine Gallery. Let me tell you, it was like seeing her work again for the very first time. It has definitely evolved since the time I posted about her, and being able to see it in person was totally phenomenal and refreshing. I was absolutely blown away! Not only is Kawasaki an incredibly talented artist, but she’s a humble sweetheart, I was so honored to have finally met her.

In the next gallery over, James Marshall (Dalek) was displaying some work, as well! Really trippy stuff, I loved it!
