this officially makes me the most brown i’ve ever been (minus the PJs, stfu) i beeeegggged my grandma to bring over the lady who does black henna the night before i left yemen. i’m obsessed with it! i got it done when i was in yemen and i felt like a little princess. i love it so, so much! they said it only lasts about a week which sucks because i’m going to be back in america on the 4th..so it won’t be on me much longer after that! i guess i’m just not going to scrub my arms hard when i shower, i could really care less if i smell weird because it looks so dope hahaha. i wonder if there’s anyone who can do this in america, i’m going to fucking hunt for them!
i’m so ready to get back to my life in florida, i have so much to catch up with. i miss my dog, my boy, my friends, the beach, rain. i miss it all! but at the same time, i know i’m going to hate being in america again. i’m really going to miss my dad ughhhh. he’ll be in the states for my nephews birth in september, i cannot waiiiiitttt for it! eee!! babies!!
i’ve done sooo much shopping in UAE and yemen, and of course, brown families always shower you with unnecessary gifts so i don’t know what i’m going to do about all this luggage. oopsies.

There are plenty of people in the US that do henna. The problem is finding someone who’s actually good at it and uses real henna.

Wow. That looks amazing. Maybe you can spray some of that waterproofing stuff for suede shoes on yourself before you shower? I’m an idiot.

there are peeps that do henna/mehndi in america. idk abouts florida, but you might wanna check out the brown shops in your area and see whats up they usually oughta know. plus u could always learn to do it yourself . . . if your artsy/talented enufffs ain’t that difficult. they sell tubes with pre-made mixtures of henna, so all u gotta do is cut the tip and start drawing . . .

I’ve seen a lot of girls do it themselves here in queens. they get so creative with it, its amazing. but i’ve never seen so detailed like what you have. if you’re ever in nyc try 74th street in queens.
