this is absolutely ridiculous. i get this message for almost every website i need to use. i finally found a way to get onto flickr, but it’s incredibly slow and i can only upload one photo at a time. this is so stupid..it’s fuckin’ 2008, people! i probably shouldn’t say any more because i’ll probably get kicked out of the country for it.
anyways, i woke up with food poisoning today. SUPER! i’m in the process of getting my residency here, so i had to go to this clinic to get blood work done and some x-rays. all the while i’m already sick as a dog. ugh. i hate needles. and i hate being sick. i’ve slept all day, now it’s midnight and i can’t seem to sleep any more.
it’s so beautiful here, everything is so different. i can’t wait to get all the photos i’ve taken so far up on flickr so i can share with you guys! i’m sure i’ll be up all night so keep an eye out.

My co-worker’s family lives in Dubai, it sounds like it’d be a cool place to visit, but America is conservative enough for my tastes …

D–i’m only getting a residency here because my father lives here and it’ll make it a lot easier for me to travel back and fourth without a visa.
